How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred date and equipment are available!
Which areas do you deliver to?
We proudly serve the Fort Benning and surrounding Columbus community. If you are slightly outside this range, reach out—we would love to see if we can make it work for your little one's big day!
How does the setup and takedown process work?
We handle all the heavy lifting! We arrive prior to your event to set up the zone, and return after your celebration to take it all away to sanitzie it. You just focus on the memories.
What are your payment and deposit policies?
To confirm your booking, we collect a non-refundable initial payment. The full final amount must be settled forty-eight hours prior to kickoff. We believe in total transparency for your peace of mind.
How often do you clean and sanitize the soft play items?
We thoroughly clean and sanitize all soft play items after every event to ensure a clean and fun experience for your little ones!
